Right To Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods.To return items to us, please send them back to us with a note stating your order number. Our returns address is:

Once the goods have been recieved by us a full refund will be issued.
We hope you will be satisfied with any product purchased on our website. If you wish to return or exchange a product for any reason you may do so within 90 days of the date of dispatch. We will refund the price of the product, providing it is in a saleable condition and is in its original, undamaged packaging. The delivery charge is non-refundable. Please note that due to Health & Safety at work regulations we require any used faulty goods to be in a clean condition before accepting them for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The cost of the return postage will be at your own expense, or a collection can be arranged for an additional fee. This does not effect your statutory rights.
Personal Protection Equipment ( climbing hardware, climbing ropes, climbing harnesses, climbing helmets etc )
In order to be sure that all returned PPE items are safe for re-sale we ask that the item/s being returned are :
- Unused ( Except for trying on for size )
- Be in the original packaging
- Be complete with manufacturers tags
These conditions are in line with PPE and DSR regulations and exist for the safety of our customers. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions relating to PPE.
