Delivery Information
Royal Mail Tracked Delivery
Tracked delivery is provided by the Royal Mail and you order will take between 3 - 10 days to arrive with you. The cost is based upon the weight of the order and is worked out and displayed to you during checkout.
Once the order has been placed you will receive a tracking code. This code can then be used to track the progress of you order via the Royal Mail website.
Free Standard Delivery
Free Standard Delivery is Free within the UK
Most orders are delivered in 4 to 5 working days. Occasionally, however, we may experience unexpected problems with availability. In these circumstances, please allow up to 12 days for delivery. Should we not be able to deliver your order within 5 working days, we will e-mail you, to let you know.
Free Standard Delivery orders are despatched Royal Mail 2nd class so may take 3-5 working days to arrive beyond despatch date.

Next Day Delivery
If you choose Express Delivery, your order will be sent via courier service to arrive next working day, if you place your order before 12 noon Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your products are delivered within the set timescales, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that they will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our delivery partner. Under these circumstances, delivery charges will not normally be refunded.
